Casual Furniture & Grill Services offers premium, on-site evaluation and repair services for patio furniture, umbrellas, and gas grills. We offer services for retailers, businesses, and private residences. Founded in 1994, our company has become the largest on-site repair service for outdoor furniture and grills in the Northeast. We are widely known for our excellent work and knowledgeable staff, and have developed one of the best reputations in the outdoor furniture servicing industry.
We began providing warranty work for manufacturers of outdoor furniture and gas grills in 1994. Since then, we have expanded our range of services. Our team is innovative: we stay ahead of emerging technologies related to furniture repairs and gas grill features. Many of the techniques we use in our work were developed by us and are proprietary.
Common issues are umbrella re-cords, touching up scratches and fading in paint, teak refinishing, repairing broken or stripped hardware, gazebo set-up, and the repairing and cleaning of gas grills.
Our technicians are highly trained to thoroughly take care of damages. They follow strict procedures to ensure quality, including full inspections and safety checks. All work is closely monitored and reviewed by supervisory staff to insure that every problem is resolved to the customer's complete satisfaction.

Repairs on fabric and replacement slings have a one year warranty unless damage is from abuse, lack of maintenance, weather, or animal attack. Custom slings we provide carry a two-year warranty on the fabric, and a warranty on the seams for the life of the sling unless damage is from abuse, lack of maintenance, weather, or animal attack.
Umbrella re-cords have a life-time no-fault replacement warranty unless damage is from abuse, improper storage, animal attack, or weather.
All other services have a two-year warranty unless damage is from abuse, lack of maintenance, weather, or animal attack.
Manufacturers and Casual Furniture & Grill Services recommend closing, securing or storing your umbrella during windy or stormy conditions and when not in use.
Casual Furniture & Grill Services offers bolting for gazebos and garden houses, which prevents the frame from shifting and damaging surrounding furniture and structures. Manufacturers recommend removing canvas canopies during windy or stormy conditions.
