Casual Furniture & Grill Services is looking for experienced independent technicians and apprentices.
We are looking for skilled, motivated people to join our company. We need knowledgeable, reliable service technicians with experience in a related service industry.
All candidates must be high school graduates with some secondary education. They must have a clear speaking voice, a valid driver's license and be willing to work long hours. Casual Furniture Services only accepts those who are dedicated, enthusiastic, creative problem solvers, self-motivated perfectionists and have a strong work ethic. College students are welcome!
Casual Furniture Services offers a paid apprenticeship program for those who meet the above requirements.
All prospective candidates will go through a lengthy evaluation process that includes riding along with one of our highly experienced technicians. Our extensive technician training program will prepare you to perform service calls according to our policies and procedures.

Using independent service technicians will lower your costs. Our staff of knowledgable technicians and customer service specialists contains experienced, college-educated individuals with degrees in a variety of fields. They are experienced in resolving complex problems and concerns for both retailers and customers.
We handle the customer’s problems on-site. In working with retailers for over 18 years, we have developed a system to reduce your costs and keep your customers happy. We use a strict "keeping it in the home" program with the goal of minimizing returns and stablizing inventory
Casual Furniture & Grill Services' warranty service call provides an independent, objective analysis of furniture problems to determine the cause, who is at fault, what condition the merchandise is in, and if the item(s) can be repaired. Warranty service calls are done in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the retailer and manufacturer. Casual Furniture & Grill Services does not control or change any part of the terms or conditions set by the warranty.
