Replacement Slings and Straps
|
* Our Process
| We provide custom replacement slings and straps for your patio furniture, and have been installing them for over 18 years. Slings are a single layer of stretched fabric attached to your outdoor chairs, chaises, ottomans or loveseats by a track. All of our sling fabrics are made from materials designed to withstand the outdoor elements; all of our straps are made of unrecycled vinyl to last. We offer a limited warranty that no one else provides: we warranty our sling fabric for two years, and we warranty the seams for the life of the sling. We offer a one-year warranty on our straps. Do you already have new fabric? We can install the slings for you!

Our Process
|
We begin by measuring your furniture to guarantee the slings or straps will fit. Our technicians bring with them over 75 grade C+ fabric samples or 40 strap colors for you to choose from while they measure. The slings are hemmed and double-stitched on all sides with a specialized thread to provide extra strength and durability, which allows us to offer a lifetime warranty on our seams. When your slings or straps are ready, we will schedule an appointment to remove the old materials and install the new ones. Our experienced technicians arrive at your home with the tools and knowledge necessary to install your new material properly and safely. | ![]() |
Because all materials are custom-made to fit your chairs, we cannot offer refunds on slings or straps.
|
| We offer conversions for the cloth straps commonly found on wicker furniture. We remove the old, sagging cloth straps and install heavy duty vinyl straps that will last up to five times longer! Click here to request service and a quote using our online contact form. |
Important information you should know before ordering:
Our technicians are highly trained to address any issues that may occur when installing slings. Some companies make it sound easy to install slings, but this is far from the truth. Without the proper tools and experience, common problems that occur include:
- Unable to get the stretcher bars into place on the back or under the seat of the chair.
- Unable to reassemble adjustable chairs.
- Unable to get the old sling off, or to get the new sling all the way through the track.
- Stripped or broken hardware.
- Damaging the finish.
Frame Repairs
With our sling and strap replacements, we offer repairs for the frames of your furniture.
The most common issue we repair is broken or stripped hardware. We install new, stainless screws and bolts, and we offer replacement springs for chairs.

End CapsOver time, end caps on sling chairs become brittle and often break when they are removed. We may be able to get replacement end caps for your sling chairs. They come in limited style and color options. Spot RefinishingWith our sling and strap replacements, we offer spot refinishing to make your furniture look new and to prevent further damage through oxidization. We use specialized paint and sealer, and our experienced technicians can match many finishes. |

Care and Maintenance for Slings and Straps
Our slings are made to withstand the elements, but regular maintenance can keep them looking new longer. To clean, use a mild dishwashing detergent. Hose down with a garden hose on low pressure. When scrubbing, dont use abrasive materials that will damage the finish or fabric; we recommend using a nylon rag.
Our straps require little care, but the most common issue we see with new straps is fading due to lotions and chemicals that regularly come in contact with the vinyl. We recommend putting a towel over the straps before laying on the furniture. Straps can be cleaned with a garden hose on low pressure.
Tips for Care and Maintenance for your Outdoor Furniture
| The elements play a large role in the condition and lifespan of your outdoor furniture. Whatever choice you make for your living space, regular maintenance will keep it looking new and will extend the life of your patio furniture for you to enjoy for many years.
