How much does your grill service cost?

Pricing varies depending on the size and complexity of the grill.

What is included in your preventative maintenance package?

A preventative maintenance consists of a full diagnostic of all parts of the grill, cleaning all the components inside the firebox (grill head) and then fine tuning for optimal performance.

I need new parts for my grill. Can you acquire the parts and install them?

Yes, we are able to acquire parts for most grills. Since we are the largest grill service company in the U.S. we have an extensive supply chain of parts. However, some grill manufacturers have gone out of business and certain parts are no longer being manufactured.

I purchased parts and I need them installed. Can you install them?

Yes, but we must also perform a diagnostic on the grill for safety and liability reasons.

What do you use to clean my grill?

We use a chemical-free, dry cleaning technique to remove grease and debris. This method is highly recommended by manufacturers of stainless steel. Very rarely do we use a degreaser.

Is there anything I should do to my grill before your technicians service it?

To reduce the time and cost required for your cleaning, we recommend performing the following process the day before your scheduled service:

  • Open the lid and turn the grill on.
  • Light the burners one at a time.
  • Run the grill for 20-25 minutes.
  • Let it cool.

 

I need to convert my grill from propane to natural gas or from natural gas to propane. Can you perform the conversion?

Yes, we can do gas conversions. We recommend contacting your grill manufacturer beforehand to confirm that your grill can be converted.

I just need a basic cleaning. Why do you require a diagnostic/safety check as well?

For safety and liability reasons we perform a diagnostic on all grills we service.

I have a gas firepit or patio heater. Do you service these?

Yes, we provide services for most models of firepits and patio heaters.

I work long hours and am only home on the weekends. Do you offer Saturday and early morning/late afternoon appointments?

Yes! Our technicians work from Tuesday to Saturday during Spring and Summer and Tuesday through Friday and every other Saturday during Fall and Winter. Our earliest time frame begins at 7:00am and our latest time frame is 4:00pm. We also offer appointments as early as 6:00am and can call you a half hour before we arrive at your home so you can meet us there. We will try our hardest to accommodate your scheduling needs.

Do I have to be home for the appointment?

You do not need to be home for the installation as long as your umbrella is accessible and you arrange for payment.

Do you offer refunds?

Deposits made on any parts orders are 100% non-refundable.
