COVID-19 is undoubtedly causing many challenges for everyone. While we realize that everyone is dealing with a large amount of uncertainty, we are taking steps to navigate this crisis. To that extent, we have put measures in place to protect the safety and well-being of our customers, and employees, and we are working hard to ensure that we can provide business regularly and maintain normal operations the best that we can.
The States of Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania have designated outdoor maintenance as an essential service. Casual Furniture and Grill Services has instituted a “No Contact” policy for the techs who come to your home. Our service technicians will clean and repair your gas grills, and repair your patio furniture from afar and outside with no contact except via phone and email. Our office staff will be working from home to reduce internal contact.
We have been in business going to customer’s homes for 25 years, and take pride in helping to make sure that our customers have a clean grill to cook on and a backyard to use like a living room with their repaired furniture.
