I had several problems with my grill over the winter. Ron Tyler who is a manager came out to service the grill in Feb. when it was 17 degrees. He came back out in June because I had a different problem. He told me exactly what i needed to order for parts, then made a service call to my home which is an hour away and practically took the grill apart and fixed it all. He explained everything he did and now i feel like i have a new grill!

I just wanted to let you know that Matt was here on Saturday to install all of my slings.   He was a very nice young man and did a fabulous job.  He was a one man show and knew exactly what to do in a very organized manner. My furniture looks brand new and I am so happy that we found Casual Furniture.

"I needed a new canopy for a very large standing umbrella. I contacted customer service, Patricia, and the minute there was one in stock she arranged to have a technician contact me. Within a couple of days it was installed. The cost of the canopy and installation were so reasonable and the customer service and technician were professional, helpful and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about these folks. They are one of the few organizations that are willing to come from to Conn to DC (where I am) as well as go to Delaware, Virginia and other places that require them to travel.
The people on their phones were always professional and polite. And the people who came to look at my old furniture and determine costs and sizes were also quite professional.
My project required very special paint and repair and our communication was always excellent. My initial project took quite a while, but I clearly knew it would- and the work they did was top quality and I am VERY PLEASED.!
I would like to think that our communication and discussions were good from my end as well-- and understanding that they are very busy and covering a large geographic area makes their work particularly easy as they work out of Connecticut. So having patience to get quality work done is fine with me.
Personally--I think they are very good and would recommend them.
