Starting February 1, 2022 CFS will only service Sun Garden cantilever patio umbrellas. We no longer service other brands of cantilevers, off-set patio umbrellas, table or market umbrellas.

CFS has serviced Sun Garden Cantilever umbrellas since 1998 and is the only authorized repair company in the Tri-state and Philadelphia areas in addition to coming to your home to perform the repairs.

If you are not sure what is wrong with your Sun Garden umbrella we strongly recommend sending pictures to customerservice@casualfurnitureservices.com with at least one of the whole umbrella including the base, plus pictures of the damage(s) and of the serial number.
The CFS Technical Supervisor will review your pictures and generate a quote for repair. You will be contacted if there are any questions and if they still cannot determine what the issue is they may recommend an inspection.

Did your umbrella stop working? If you are not sure why, CFS will have a technician examine your umbrella carefully to determine what is needed to get your umbrella operating properly.
Once the technician returns and reports back, the CFS customer care unit will then generate a quote with cost and email to you for your approval.
Once approved CFS turns the quote into a service request. You will contacted by scheduling with a date for service.
