• Once the technician returns and reports back, the CFS customer care unit will then generate a quote with cost and email to you for your approval.

• Once approved CFS turns the quote into a service request. You will contacted by scheduling with a date for service.

Did your Sun Garden umbrella stop opening or closing? If so, it is usually caused by a broken, frayed or tangled cord. CFS will send a technician out to replace your umbrella cord on-site.

• Included in the service is the replacement cord and brake Block which stabilize the canopy assembly.

• We only offer record with the brake Block replacement
