Did your Sun Garden umbrella stop opening or closing? If so, it is usually caused by a broken, frayed or tangled cord. CFS will send a technician out to replace your umbrella cord on-site.
Included in the service is the replacement cord and brake Block which stabilize the canopy assembly.
We only offer record with the brake Block replacement

Did your umbrella stop working? If you are not sure why, CFS will have a technician examine your umbrella carefully to determine what is needed to get your umbrella operating properly.
Once the technician returns and reports back, the CFS customer care unit will then generate a quote with cost and email to you for your approval.
Once approved CFS turns the quote into a service request. You will contacted by scheduling with a date for service.
